There's no limit to the number of Partner accounts you can open and your Partners will not be aware that anyone but you are providing the services - the services you offer to your Partners can all be branded in your name.
The Partner 'sub-account' feature gives you great opportunities to extend your sales and marketing reach to acquire new customers.
